The Wellbeing Coordinator is responsible for promoting employee health, safety, and overall wellbeing across the organization through structured programs and initiatives.

Description

• Develop and implement employee wellbeing programs and initiatives
• Promote physical and mental health awareness across the organization
• Organize wellness activities, campaigns, and employee engagement events
• Support health & safety policies and ensure compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with HR and management to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs
• Provide support on occupational health matters and employee assistance initiatives
• Maintain records and reports related to wellbeing and safety programs

Requirements

• Medical Doctor qualification is required 
• Open to fresh graduates / recently qualified doctors 
• Fluency in Lao language is required; English is a plus 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Passion for employee wellbeing and organizational culture 
• Good organizational and coordination skills
