Head Of HR at a Leading International Bank in Vientiane, Laos

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive HR initiatives, foster a positive organizational culture, and oversee administrative operations. You will play a key part in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development to support the bank’s growth

Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes effectively
  • Lead administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, and facilities oversight
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Native Lao and fluency in English are required
