This role involves managing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee recruitment operations, employer branding, and employee well-being initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture

Descriptions
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs
Lead and manage the recruitment team, including Recruitment Officers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and data management
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
Organize and manage job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events to attract top talent
Oversee employee retention programs and well-being initiatives to enhance engagement and reduce turnover
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms for hiring
- Experience in employer branding and employee engagement programs
- Fluency in Lao and English is required
