Description

• Generating, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and reports to evaluate the company's financial status and trends.
• Advising senior management on financial strategies to increase profitability, manage investments, and mitigate risks.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Supervising finance department operations including policy creation, recruiting, training, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and reporting standards.
• Managing cash flow forecasting and liquidity to meet financial obligations.
• Preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, and facilitating audits.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of accounting and finance experience
• Strong knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in English and Lao, both written and spoken
