• We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and drive financial operations across multiple Southeast Asian (SEA) countries
• Up to 100,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

Description

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis across operations in Southeast Asia
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board to support business growth and performance
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial governance
• Supervise local finance teams and coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors
• Manage regional financial consolidation and ensure timely reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Support business initiatives such as fundraising, investment analysis, and M&A where relevant
• Drive financial system enhancements, automation, and process improvements across the region

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (e.g., CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance), preferably with multi-country responsibility in Southeast Asia
• Strong knowledge of regional finance, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks
• Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in operational finance and business partnering
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Odoo, ERP platforms, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, agile, and comfortable working in fast-paced and diverse

Work Arrangement

• Remote role with occasional travel within Southeast Asia as needed
• Flexible working hours across different time zones
• Reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with senior leadership and local finance teams
