The Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders and managers, providing expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. The HRBP ensures that HR initiatives align with business goals and help drive performance and organizational effectiveness

Description

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure, talent needs, and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment of key roles
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback to implement improvements
  • Lead HR aspects of organizational changes and restructuring

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in manufacturing or the food & beverage sector
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, Lao labor law, and industry-specific compliance
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Lao
