HR and Admin Manager at a Trading and Distribution Company in Vientiane, Laos

  • Serve a crucial role in integrating human resource strategies with business aims while ensuring compliance with applicable laws

The Role

This role involves covering all aspects of human resources from recruitment and payroll to compensation and training, while also integrating administrative duties such as managing office environments, overseeing facilities operations, and crafting company policies

Our client operates as a supplier for medical and laboratory equipment in Laos and delivering the best service and effort to our clients and partners

Description

  • Responsibility of compensation & benefit process
  • Manager the recruitment & selection process
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years experiences in all HRM functions & Admin
  • Be a good team player and proactive, able to multi-task, and work independently with minimal direction
  • Business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in English and Laotian, both in written and spoken
