Our client is a Trading Business Company based in Vientiane, specializing in the import and distribution of fertilizers. Their primary business involves sourcing high-quality fertilizers from international suppliers and selling them to agricultural businesses, cooperatives, and farmers throughout Laos.

Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals and market dynamics
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a diverse talent pool
• Foster strong employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Collaborate with senior management to design and execute performance management systems that drive high employee performance and engagement
• Oversee training and development programs tailored to enhance employee skills and meet organizational needs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management within the trading or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Lao languages
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in Laos, along with experience in compliance management
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization are needed
