Internal Audit & Risk Control Manager at a Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company in Vientiane, Laos

Oversee the internal control systems and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies within the organization

Description

Design and implement compliance programs aligned with local and international regulations
Coordinate the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process across departments
Collaborate with internal audit teams to address internal control matters
Advise management on governance implications of proposed policies
Identify and document control weaknesses, providing evidence for findings
Collaborate with internal audit teams to address internal control matters

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of in auditing, risk management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management frameworks, and internal controls
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
Proficiency in English and Lao is preferred, both in written and spoken
