Description

• Conduct control assurance reviews to ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial objectives with overall business strategies
• Supervise the implementation of business planning processes and develop monitoring tools to evaluate key controls
• Identify business risks and implement control measures to mitigate these risks

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling positions within an international environment
• Proficiency in financial software systems and tools
• Proficiency in English and Lao is often preferred to effectively communicate
