Accounting & Tax Manager at an international FMCG company in Vientiane, Laos

Manage and oversee international tax compliance, including preparing and reviewing tax returns and filings

Up to 40,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefit

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and laws

Work closely with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment on tax-related matters

Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency

Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related degree

At least 5 years supervisory level of similar job scope in a Manufacturing company, FMCG or Retails

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, policies and practices, in particular IAS / IFRS

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Lao & English

Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
