Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor management
- Prepare and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Serve as a liaison between departments, management, and external stakeholders
- Oversee property management tasks, including lease administration, property maintenance, and tenant relations
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in an international company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of local regulations and international business practices
- Fluency in English, and Lao, both in written and spoken
