We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Legal to join our client team and provide strategic legal guidance to support our business operations

Description

• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to the leadership team on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance
• Lead ethics, integrity, and diversity and inclusion campaigns within the organization, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring that all legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws
• Advise on the legal implications of company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices
• Identify and assess legal risks and potential liabilities and develop strategies to mitigate such risks

Requirements

• A law degree and a minimum of ten years of experience in a legal leadership role, preferably within the Beverage or FMCG industry
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align legal advice with business strategy and objectives
• Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Expert knowledge of legal systems and compliance requirements in Laos
• Fluency in English and Lao languages is a must
