Finance Manager at an International Pharmaceutical Company in Manila

You will be responsible to develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Up to PHP 300,000 plus other allowances and benefits

Description

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as product launches, market expansions, and business development opportunities
Provide accurate financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management
Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and capital investments
Identify and assess financial risks, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations, interest rate changes, and regulatory changes

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Proven experience in finance, accounting in similar industry
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques
Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Fluent in both English and Tagalog
