HR Executive at a Food and Beverage Company in Vientiane, Laos

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning and talent management initiatives
  • Up to 15,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

The Role

This role involves developing and planning HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with local Labor laws and regulations

Description

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
  • Address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Promote a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure adherence to Labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Advise management on workforce planning and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles
  • Experience in managing diverse teams, understanding cultural nuances within the workforce
  • Perseveres in the face of challenges and maintains a positive outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lao and English
