• Analyse historical and current financial data to assess the company's financial performance and identify trends
• Conduct research on industry-specific business trends and gather relevant data
• Prepare data-backed reports to support the management team in making strategic business decisions
• Develop financial models to forecast business outcomes and profits
• Evaluate financial risks associated with investment decisions
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for startups and small businesses to secure funding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and insights
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in financial analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using financial software and tools
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and practices in Lao is preferred
• Must be fluent in Lao or Thai as well as English
