As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the HR department, overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring high employee morale and performance

Description

• Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Handling payroll calculation
• Staying updated on Labor legislation and ensuring HR practices align with legal standards
• Maintaining detailed records of the company's employees
• Overseeing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a HR Generalist/ HR Operations role with Experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
• Lao Nationality Only: We are specifically looking for candidates who are nationals of Lao Country to promote diversity and support the local community
