The Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR support, drive employee engagement, and manage talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations within the logistics company

Description

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business needs, driving organizational change and cultural transformation
Manage talent acquisition, employee training, performance management, and provide coaching to enhance employee development
Foster employee engagement, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Oversee HR operations, use data analytics for informed decision-making, and continuously improve HR processes
Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and employee relations
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Laos
Strong analytical skills with experience in using HR metrics and data for decision-making
Proficiency in English in Lao, both in written and spoken
