The Role

This role is responsible for supervising end-to-end logistics operations, including import coordination, inventory flow, and distribution to customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and smooth customs clearance processes

Description

Oversee daily logistics operations, including import handling, warehouse coordination, and distribution to customers
Coordinate with customs brokers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment processes
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure goods are transported efficiently and according to plan
Review import documentation and ensure compliance with customs, quarantine, and regulatory requirements
Supervise quality checks for incoming shipments and ensure proper clearance procedures are completed
Manage logistics cost tracking, including inbound, outbound, and internal transfer expenses
Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and improvement initiatives
Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and efficient distribution
Resolve logistics issues and ensure high service quality for customers
