Warehouse Supervisor for a Growing Agribusiness in Vientiane

The Role

This role is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities to ensure efficient stock handling and accurate product distribution. You will coordinate closely with logistics, sales, and accounting teams to maintain operational efficiency and inventory accuracy

Description

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
  • Monitor incoming stock and verify item quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and related documentation
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, reconciliation, and proper warehouse controls
  • Coordinate stock transfers and delivery preparation to support distribution and retail operations
  • Ensure products are handled according to FIFO standards and company inventory procedures
  • Oversee packing and shipment preparation to ensure delivery accuracy and product quality
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, accounting, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
  • Supervise warehouse staff and support team productivity, discipline, and operational performance
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Prepare inventory and operational reports for management review
  • Support unloading activities and general warehouse operations as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management, stock control, and inventory processes
  • Experience working with FIFO procedures, delivery coordination, and warehouse documentation
  • Good leadership and team supervision skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
