• Responsible for leading QSE governance, safety, quality, and environmental for compliance, improvement, and capable leadership
• Up to 65,000,000 LAK plus allowances

Description

• Offer strategic guidance to ensure QSE adherence to local regulations (such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, OHSAS), aiming to shift towards an assurance-based approach
• Facilitate IMS certification (including PAS, ISO, OHSAS), ready operations for audits, and enhance incident management processes
• Engage with external partners, shape enhanced operation standards, and harness technology for QSE operations
• Establish a talent pipeline to ensure QSE compliance, promote continuous improvement, and cultivate positive conduct

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field and industry
• At least Business English
• Great experience in implementation of QSE Strategy and risk assessment 
• Strong knowledge of QMS, FSS 22000, HACCP, ISO, etc
