Manufacturing Senior Manager at a Global Company in Vientiane, Laos

Lead manufacturing and maintenance operations, optimize production efficiency, and ensure equipment reliability
Salary is up to 60,000,000 LAK plus allowances

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to join an international company in Vientiane. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, and lead Maintenance & Engineering teams to ensure high productivity and equipment reliability

The Role

Develop and implement production strategies, schedules, and plans to meet sales forecasts and optimize resources
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, setting targets for Overall Equipment Effectiveness and production KPIs
Lead Maintenance & Engineering teams to implement maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reduce operational risks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality standards, safety regulations, and production objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing environments
At least 3–5 years managing dual functions in Production/Manufacturing and Maintenance/Engineering teams
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Proficiency in operational planning, production optimization, and maintenance strategy
