• Responsible for leading the local implementation and rollout of a standardized Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP template, coordinating business, IT, regional teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Up to $ 3,000 plus Other attractive allowances

The Role

Responsible for leading the local ERP deployment and implementation activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with business, IT, regional stakeholders, and external vendors, you will coordinate testing, data migration, training, cutover, and transition to business-as-usual operations

Description

• Lead and coordinate local ERP implementation and deployment activities throughout the full project lifecycle
• Manage testing, data migration, system readiness, cutover, and post-go-live activities
• Ensure local implementation activities are aligned with regional project timelines, standards, governance, and business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Business, IT, regional/group teams, and external vendors
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and issues using established PMO tools and governance processes
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and commitments
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring clear actions and follow-ups
• Support governance activities including change control, architecture/design reviews, and other required project approval processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management or project leadership experience, with strong experience working with ERP systems
• Proven experience leading projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning and implementation through to go-live and transition to BAU
• Strong experience in ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Native Lao with good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Brewing, FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or similar industries is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work on a 1-year contract basis in Laos
