The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in key account management, sales, and distribution management, preferably within FMCG or relevant industries.

Description

• Lead and manage sales activation programs to achieve business objectives
• Monitor performance, analyse results, and resolve issues to continuously improve execution plans
• Conduct regular market visits, store audits, and follow-up actions to improve execution quality 
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in field performance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Key Account Management 
• Strong communication skills in English and Lao
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and field coaching
