Sales Manager (Northern) at a Leading Group of Company in Vientiane Laos
- Responsible in expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premises partners in Northern part of Laos
- Up to 40,000,000 LAK and other allowances

Description
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance updates, and market insights to management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Ensure strong product visibility and availability across key trade channels especially for General Trade
- Negotiate trade terms, sales incentives, and promotional activities to support sales growth
- Monitor distributor stock levels, sales performance, and market coverage
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Experience working with general trade channel
- Business English is a must
- Ability to plan and execute regional sales strategies
