•          Up to 25,000,000 LAK plus Other Allowance

The Role

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll calculation.

Responsibilities:

•          Support and oversee the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
•          Supervise daily HR administrative tasks (contracts, employee records, attendance, leave, etc.)
•          Assist managers in setting KPIs and conducting evaluations
•          Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions
•          Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll reports, recruitment status, etc.)
•          Monitor HR compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Requirements

•          Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•          Minimum two years of experience in HR
•          Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, labor law, employee relations)
•          Ability to handle confidential information professionally
•          Ability to communicate effectively in Lao and English
