The Role
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll calculation.

Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Supervise daily HR administrative tasks (contracts, employee records, attendance, leave, etc.)
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and conducting evaluations
- Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll reports, recruitment status, etc.)
- Monitor HR compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, labor law, employee relations)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Ability to communicate effectively in Lao and English
