• Oversee curriculum development and ensure compliance with international standards Monitor teaching quality and student outcomes
• Support faculty and staff through professional development initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field 
• 5 to 10 years of leadership and teaching experience, ideally in an international setting Strong knowledge of international curricula (IB, Cambridge, American, etc.)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Native English is required
