Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with the company’s overall goals
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards
• Contribute to building a strong financial governance framework and a positive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling roles
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
• Lao Nationality Only: We are specifically looking for candidates who are nationals of Lao Country to promote diversity and support the local community
