• Assistant Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Up to 30,000,000 LAK + other allowances

Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments
• Monitor daily cash balances and manage working capital requirements
• Partner with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue drivers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field  
• 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
