Trade Marketing Manager at a Leading FMCG Company in Vientiane Capital

  • Responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Up to 31,000,000 LAK and other allowances

Description

  • Strategy Development: Develop trade marketing strategies and plans to support sales objectives and achieve business growth.
  • Trade Promotions: Design and execute promotional activities to drive product demand at the retail and distributor levels.
  • Merchandising: Ensure effective product merchandising and point-of-sale displays to enhance visibility and brand presence.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute product launch activities, including POS materials, incentives, and training for sales teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of FMCG industry with relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in marketing and other related qualification will be advantaged.
  • Native Laos and English is a must
  • Has a good experience in marketing management, and communication skills.
