Description

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies to support business goals
• Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps in organizational capabilities and recommend solutions
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support transformation projects and cultural change
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and work with leadership to address feedback
• Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the organization’s values and culture
• Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management or organizational development roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-potential candidates is essential
• Ability to work effectively across various departments to integrate talent management initiatives throughout the organization is essential
• Fluency in Lao Language or English Language is required
